This is my first home. One has an amazing view. The other includes all new appliances. If I chose the one with the view I’d have to buy appliances as none are included.
The one with the view and no appliances is 5000 more money.

For example, a shaver I want to get says this: Automatic selection 100-240 V. So I assume that means if I just get an adapter I’m fine?
